Create a cohesive (together) paragraph using these 3 questions:
1. Why did the ancestors begin the lottery?
2. Why has it died out in other villages?
3. What point was the author trying to make in this story? (What is the moral?)
These are based on your opinion. You need to also GIVE FACTS FROM THE STORY to support your opinion.
At the end of your post, write your 2 higher level questions.
